Ambulance & Medical Transport

Rapid response. Skilled care. Safe transport.
Caring. Compassionate. Complete.

When every minute matters, you need more than a ride — you need care on the way.

Oaktree Medical Center’s ambulance service provides urgent response, safe medical transport, and professional monitoring from pickup to handover. Our goal is to keep you stable, informed, and protected until you’re in the right place for treatment.

Emergency Response & Stabilization

Help that comes to you.

Our team responds, assesses, and begins supportive care immediately, then transports you safely for further treatment.

We focus on:

  • Checking your condition on arrival

  • Monitoring vital signs

  • Providing initial support

  • Getting you to the appropriate care quickly

Medical Transport Between Facilities

Safe transfer when you can’t go by regular vehicle.

Some situations need medical supervision during travel — not just a lift in a private car.

We provide monitored transport for:

  • Ongoing symptoms that need observation

  • Suspected fractures or significant injuries

  • Patients who can’t stand or walk safely

  • Referral to a specialist or higher level of care

Your information is handed over clearly so your care continues without delay.

Event Medical Standby

Prepared, on-site medical presence.

For sports, wellness events, community outreach, and organized activities, our ambulance team can be on standby. That means immediate assessment and transport if someone is injured, overheated, or becomes unwell — which lowers risk for organizers and protects attendees.

Care During Transport

Support on the way — not just at arrival.

While in transit, you’re monitored by trained medical staff. Care may include:

  • Vital sign monitoring

  • Oxygen support when appropriate

  • Stabilization and positioning for comfort and safety

  • Communication with the receiving provider so they’re ready for you

This is especially important if you’re in pain, dizzy, weak, or medically fragile.

When You Shouldn’t Drive Yourself

Call for medical transport instead of driving if you have:

  • Chest pain or sudden shortness of breath

  • Weakness, slurred speech, confusion, or trouble speaking

  • A serious fall or suspected fracture

  • Fainting, severe dizziness, or trouble standing

  • Sudden severe pain

If your condition could worsen on the way, you should be monitored — not behind the wheel.

Compassion, Privacy, Dignity

You’re not just being moved. You’re being cared for.

We speak to you directly, explain what’s happening, and respect your comfort and privacy from pickup to handover. We also communicate clearly with loved ones and with the receiving medical team.

That’s what we mean by Caring. Compassionate. Complete.
