Urgent care

Urgent Care

Immediate care when you need it most.
Caring. Compassionate. Complete.

Not every medical problem needs the Emergency Room — but you still need to be seen today.

Oaktree Medical Center provides walk-in urgent care for non-life-threatening issues that can’t wait for a routine appointment. You’re seen by medical professionals who can assess, treat, and guide next steps on the spot.

Location: Oaktree Medical Center, 5th Terrace
Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

No appointment needed during urgent care hours.

When to Come to Urgent Care

We’re here for sudden but non-emergency problems, including:

  • Fever, flu symptoms, sore throat, ear pain
  • Cough, wheezing, mild asthma flare-ups
  • Minor cuts, sprains, and strains
  • Possible fracture or injury after a fall
  • Stomach pain, nausea, vomiting (if mild to moderate)
  • Urinary pain or burning
  • Rashes, allergic reactions without breathing trouble
  • Migraine or headache that needs relief
  • “I don’t feel right and I don’t want to ignore this”

We assess your condition, begin treatment when appropriate, and tell you clearly what should happen next.

What Makes Oaktree Urgent Care Different

Your care doesn’t end when you walk out.

Because urgent care is located inside the main Oaktree facility, you’re not just treated and sent away — you’re connected to follow-up.

That means:

  • Access to providers who can evaluate, treat, and prescribe when appropriate
  • On-site assessment to determine if imaging, labs, or higher-level care is needed
  • Smooth handoff to primary care or a specialist at Oaktree if you need ongoing follow-up

You get answers and a plan, not just a quick patch.

Urgent Care vs Emergency Room

Come to urgent care if the problem is urgent but not immediately life-threatening.

Go straight to the ER or call for emergency transport if you have:

  • Chest pain or trouble breathing
  • Severe weakness, confusion, slurred speech, or trouble speaking
  • Heavy bleeding that won’t stop
  • Severe trauma or suspected broken bone with visible deformity
  • Loss of consciousness or seizure

If you’re not sure which you need, come in or call — we will assess and direct you safely.

Respect, Privacy, Reassurance

You’re not an interruption. You’re the reason we’re here.

We know that needing urgent care can come with stress, pain, or worry. We focus on keeping you comfortable, explaining what we’re doing and why, and helping you feel safe and heard while you’re being treated.

That’s what we mean by Caring. Compassionate. Complete.
